Our office is dedicated to Realtor® Education and committed to always learning. We offer the best education program in Chilliwack, and host weekly meetings covering various different topics that will help in both your Real Estate business and daily life.
Weekly Office Meetings
Every Thursday morning, we gather together at the Chilliwack Curling Club as a team to hear from leading industry professionals both inside and outside of our brokerage. With over 75 topics and a plethora of incredible guest speakers this year, we cannot wait to see what we can learn together.
Weekly Pod Groups
Within our office and amongst our Realtors and Admin staff, we have more knowledge and experience in such a huge amount of topics, that it just makes sense to learn from each other. Every Tuesday throughout the year, a different agent or staff member from within Century 21 Creekside Realty Ltd. spends an hour sharing their knowledge and experience with their peers.
Mentorship Programs
Century 21 Creekside Realty's Mentorship Program is an opportunity for new agents to work under the guidance of an experienced Real Estate Agent. The mentor is a valuable resource and teacher, helping the new agent with all aspects of Real Estate including;
Open Houses, Listing Presentations, preparing & reviewing the necessary documents for Listings and Contracts of Purchase & Sales.
